Episode Summary[]

Jo visits the Naszkiewicz Family in Royal Palm Beach, Florida where Jen (35) and Roy (40) are having a hard time with their 4 crazy children: 12-year-old daughter Jordan, 9-year-old daughter Tanner, 4-year-old son Zachary, and 2-year-old daughter Kaia.

Roy works as a painting contractor, while Jen is a stay at home mom and stays at home all day with the kids.

Eldest daughters Jordan & Tanner fight with each other because there seems to be a hatred between the 2. Meanwhile, youngest daughter Kaia throws her fits like any other 2-year-old.

However, only son Zachary is a dominant and stubborn child who thinks that he is the boss of everyone. He does not listen, does not do as he's told, is pretty aggressive, and throws tantrums when he doesn't get his way.

Jen is fairly light when it comes to discipline. Usually, she gives into Zachary & Kaia's tantrums by giving them tons of affection to get them to stop being bad & just observing Jordan & Tanner's fights. Roy, however; is not like Jen because he tries to enforce rules both inside & outside. However, even though Roy does his best to enforce the rules; he has a lack of both tolerance & patience. He also has an extremely short fuse and yells at them. Thanks to all of these things combined, Roy has his children treading on eggshells because they feel extremely scared of him & worst of all, these things are affecting them too, especially Zachary. Thanks to Jen & Roy's exceedingly different views on how to raise their children, they aren't exactly on the same page when it comes to disciplining them & their relationship is starting to fall apart.

On the Submission Reel, Jen tearfully admits that this is important for it to work. If not, they will end up filing for a divorce. Also, Jen admits that they really need Jo's help because she is their last shot. During observation; Roy admits to Jo that just before she came, he was asked to leave. Finally, during Jo's teaching; Jen tells Roy that he knows what's at stake. Jen even says that not only is she out of there, she is going to be taking all four of these kids & they are out of there. Can Jo get Roy to let go of his anger & get Jen to discipline the kids the right way or is it too late to save this marriage?
